White Dinner is an opportunity to be the designer of your table, to show style and create together with 700+ other enthusiasts a gala dinner outdoors.

The only publicly sustainable outdoor event in Bulgaria! Single-use plastics are banned and everyone cleans up after themselves! ECO thinking is the basis of a picnic, whether in nature or in the middle of the city.

Hurry up! The table scheme is made in order of registration and if you want to be closer to the stage, early registrations guarantee it.

Choose between the “Classic” packages (you bring your own food and utensils) and the “VIP” package (with everything included such as utensils and a 3-course menu). Tables and chairs are provided by the organizer, as well as the entertainment program.

In case you are with children – also check out the “Children” package (paid for each desired provided seat for children up to 18 years).

Places purchased with the "Classic" package include:

• You become members of the White Dinner club;

• We include you in a plan-scheme with tables for the event with a reserved place for the number of guests registered and paid for by you. The scheme is prepared in order of registration and guarantees you closer to the stage seats with early registration. All guests are accommodated according to the "guest list".

• Show program with Lyubo Kirov on stage, thematic photo corners, opportunity for many gifts and prizes.

• Additional drinks (cocktails, wine and beer) of choice and ice - you can purchase at our bars.

• You will receive a link to photos and video after the event by email.

• Up to 3 days before the event, you will receive an email with a meeting place with your coordinator, who will take you to the event location, which has been taking place in Bulgaria since 2017 and brings together over 700+ participants

What you need to provide yourself:

• You must be dressed entirely in white.

• You bring your own accessories and tableware (white tablecloth r/r 2*1 m, glass cups, porcelain plates, ashtrays, ice cubes) for the sophisticated city picnic in white. Disposable tableware is prohibited!

• You can bring your own food, decorations for your table and participate in the “most beautiful table contest”. Be the designer of a grand gala dinner!

• You clean up after yourself at the event! Therefore, bring a bag for collection after yourself. One of the conditions for being a member of the sophisticated city picnic DINNER IN WHITE is to leave the public place as it was before the event, because we think about our city!

• Three-course picnic menu, which we will announce additionally by 25.02.2025 (Our menu in 2024 included: Salad "Sea Breeze" with leafy salads and salmon gravlax, filleted citrus and almonds; Main platter "Trilogy" with salmon with citrus dressing and parmesan chips, served on parsnip and potato puree, asparagus and colored carrots, sautéed in brandy and Brie cheese with caramelized pear and walnuts; Dessert "Chocolate Brownie" with vanilla cream topping and fresh berries.) Everything you need such as a white tablecloth, tableware (water glass, wine glass, set of cutlery for a guest, plates).

• You become a member of the White Dinner club;

"Children" Package

There is a surcharge for children over 7 years old up to 17 years old. Teenagers aged 18+ are counted as adults.

There is a surcharge for younger children only if you want them, seats are provided for children as well.
