Important: URBO City now works with unified access
As of September 1, the URBO City app and the URBO Vibe online platform have merged into one unified system – URBO City. You can now log in everywhere with the same email and password.

What does this mean for you?

If you’ve been using the mobile app:
Simply log in with your usual email and password. You’ll have access to both the portal and the app.
If you only had an account in URBO Vibe (the portal):
You’ll need to create a new account. Use the same email, and your past tickets and purchase history will be restored.
If you had accounts in both platforms under the same email:
Your accounts are now merged. Use the email and password from the mobile app.
If you had accounts with different emails:
You’ll only see the history linked to the email you log in with. If needed, please reach out to us via the contact form HERE.

If you used to log in only with Google or Apple:

Select “Forgot Password” to create one, or log in through the mobile app and set a password from the Profile section.

As of September 1, URBO City brings together the mobile app and the online portal URBO Vibe into one system.
With one account, you get access to everything.

What you need to know when registering:

If you’ve only used the portal (URBO Vibe):
Create a new account using your existing email – your tickets and history will be loaded automatically.
If you already have an account in the URBO City mobile app:
Do not create a new account. Simply use the Login form and sign in with your app credentials.
If you register with a different email than your previous account:
Your history will not be transferred. If you’ve used the wrong email, please contact us through the contact form HERE.
