Description

The "Valley of the Thracian Kings" archeological complex is the first of its kind to present and develop Thracian culture and art in the Valley of the Thracian Kings. It’s located in Shipka town, in the Stara planina foothills with a wonderful view of the entire Valley. Near archeological complex are the Thracian tombs - Gryphoni, Helvetia, Golyama Kosmatka, Ostrusha and Shushmanets.

This turns the archeological complex into a "key point" for all tourists who will receive information and guidance for consecutive visits to the Thracian tombs in order to gain a more complete understanding of the different periods of development of the Thracian culture. 

Тourists will see the one-of-a-kind model of the ancient capital of the Odrysian king Seutus III - Seutopolis, an authentic throne room of King Seutus III. Olso in the authentic throne room can view the wax figures of Thracians and to dress in Thracian clothing as Thracians. A hologram tour guide will welcome every tourist, and 3D virtual reality will builds on the experience as the splendor of Thracian culture.

The complex has a hotel part - guest houses, a themed restaurant and a winery.
