A photo exhibition "Wonders of Indonesia" opens next to the Demetra fountain in the Tsar Simeon garden, part of series of events on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and Indonesia.

A photo exhibition from the largest archipelago on Earth will open next to Demetra fountain in the Tsar Simeon Garden, in Plovdiv on May 17th, 2021, entitled "Wonders of Indonesia". The Embassy of Indonesia in Sofia presents photos of its culture, lifestyle and nature with unique photographs taken on various islands in exotic Indonesia: Bali, Sumatra, Flores, Sulawesi, West Papua, Kalimantan, Nusa Penida and others.

The photos will be available for free viewing by citizens and guests of the city in the Tsar Simeon garden until May 30th, 2021. The exhibition is part of series of events the embassy is planning across the country to mark the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and Indonesia this year.

The event is held in partnership with Plovdiv Municipality and the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia.
