We all know that the restaurant business is one of the leading sectors in the "Services" industry in Bulgaria. It is a major source of income for a number of households and one of the most affected sectors of the emergency measures introduced. There are thousands of questions about what's next for business, and the answers are urgent and vital for everyone.
In a state of emergency, most restaurants and bars failed to respond quickly enough to the new situation, closing doors and waiting for the end of the pandemic. Today we know that this sector will never return to the previous way and model of work. Owners will have to fight for a long time in the conditions of new and constantly changing requirements; the fears of its customers and financial survival in times of crisis. Investment and restructuring will be needed.
