Operation "Teddy Bear" manages two large-scale national projects:

-      Give a child a gift

This project allows volunteers to choose where, how, and what they can donate to homes where children have needs. Donating donations varies from any basic needs (desks, electrical appliances, furniture, utensils, etc.) to personalized gifts (teddy bears and gifts to which every child would be happy)

-      Year-round mentoring program "The hidden talents of Bulgaria"

It is no secret that there are many talented young children in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, not every child gets the opportunity to develop their talent. The year-long mentoring program for the development of talented disadvantaged children provides a chance for professional realization.
