  • Performance by: Dayana is in her 3rd year of studies at CAI. She`s interested in pastry and moreover in mousse cakes and chocolate bonbons. Her cooking career started at one Michelin star restaurant Skina in Marbella, Spain. She`s very involved with all of the events happening at CAI including the master classes of the guest chefs and the weekly dinners at the training restaurant. Dayana needs to go to one more internship next summer. After finishing her studies she wants to work outside Europe to gain more experience in different cultures and be one of the best pastry chefs worldwide in future.
