The Little Gym at Home program brings the atmosphere from The Little Gym Hall in Sofia right to your home! To help parents raise healthy, strong and confident children and give young champions the chance to be active and play sports at home during a state of emergency, we have prepared them various challenges and activities that they can perform at home. In addition to our week-long gymnastics and weekend workouts, every Wednesday from 4pm, children will be able to participate in online creative workshops. Together we will cut, paint, sew, glue and craft all kinds of beautiful and useful things.
We can't wait to see our little champions back in the hall, but until then, we'll be at them in front of small and large screens, learning new things and having fun together, as always at The Little Gym!

View moreThe Little Gym is a global sports education program created more than 40 years ago in the United States. Over 120,000 children between the ages of 4 months and 12 attend classes at The Little Gym every day at one of our 400 clubs around the world.
Our program is based on gymnastics, but we do not train professional gymnasts. Through sports, music and a lot of fun, we work on different aspects of child development to make it meaningful and harmonious - social skills, cognitive skills, confidence building, decision making skills, teamwork skills. Our curriculum sets specific goals for each week in these areas. The Little Gym's colorful, safe and cozy environment predisposes every child to feel comfortable and reach their potential. We hold personal contact and warm and friendly relations with all of our clients, treating each child with respect and affection as a family member.
