Each wine tells the story of its region, terroir, and winemaker, offering a tasting experience that provides both knowledge and delight.
Ivo Varbanov is a gifted concert pianist. He is also an enlightened winemaker with vineyards in the South Sakar region, the creator of some of the finest wines in Bulgaria. Ivo lived for many years in Italy and it was there that the first seed of curiosity about wine was planted in him. He often returns to Italy, especially since his wife is from there. And he never stops studying, now with professional senses and approach, the treasure trove of wine styles, varieties, and terroirs in this magical country.
